⚫ The first Induction program was organised on 30 th October,2019 in the college. Second Induction Program was organised on You Tube channel on 25th April,2020. Dr. Pandey talked about the different courses offered by IGNOU. The learners can learn through various sources viz the study material, from E-Gyan Kosh, E-Vani (radio programme for IGNOU) and also through the counselling sessions conducted by study Centres. The details regarding the counselling session was also provided to the students. There is a credit of 30 hours for each courses. The students need to submit the assignment on time to the centre. There is no age limit for the learner to study in IGNOU. They can complete the course with in 5 years. Many learners were benefitted by these programmes.
⚫ An online training session was held for academic counsellors on how to conduct classes on google meet by Dr Rajni on July16,2020. The main point discussed in the training programme was to schedule the lecture, organing of the lecture and joining of the classes already schedule in google meet. Hands-on practice session were also followed .
⚫ A workshop on Dissertation for MSCCFT learners was organised on zoom meeting platform on 23rd July,2020. Dr Nitin Verma explained the learners the intricacies of the dissertation work. All the participants queries were addressed by Dr Neerja Chadha and Dr Amiteswari. The program was attended by Dr Pandey and Dr Mohanty besides the academic counsellors and 20 learners.
⚫ A talk was organised by the centre on 30 th October,2020 to commemorate completion of one Year. The talk was on Challenges Ahead in Challenging Times. Dr Vandana Bansal read out the report. Dr Pandey, the regional Director, Regional Centre Dwarika attended the program and appreciated the efforts of the centre. Ms Shobhana, welcome the speaker and Dr Rajni gave the introduction of the speaker. The main point discussed in the training programme was to how to face challenges during the covid times. How we can re-skill ourselves to faces the challenges of the changing business conditions in the country. Dr Mohanty from regional centre addressed to the queries of learners at the end of the program. Dr Sadhana gave the vote of thanks.
⚫ A training program was organised for functionaries on google form on 14th December, 2020. The main point discussed in the training programme was to how to create the google form through GMail, how to create different types of question, how we can collect information with the help of google forms, the sharing of the forms and how to add on the form limiter. The training was conducted by Dr Rajni.
