In between the leader is a servant.” These words by Max DePree perfectly fit the definition of ideal leader who is always there in need of people and is full of gratitude because wither people there would be no leader. Areya-The leadership of Bharati College aims at inculcating the same essence in the students. We bring out the leader that is present in a student and polish their skills so that they can take their in right direction.
Furthermore, we instill a sense of self confidence, motivation and gratitude. The Leadership Cell has a history dating back to 2000 and 2010 in the college of Delhi University. Our cell provides holistic personality development to the students. Being a leadership cell, we aim towards imbibing core principles of courage, responsibility and accountability. We believe in showing rather than saying that is why we demonstrate aspiring leaders the way things are done. Our aim lies in crafting a leader out of each student and credence for themselves. We have perseverance and we adhere to our goal.
