Vitt ‘N’ Nivesh, the finance and investment cell of Bharati College, Delhi University, inaugurated on 19th April 2022, is a student-driven initiative that aspires to educate and drive awareness programs in the field of finance and investment among students.

It is often the case that people learn how to earn money but fail to learn how to manage money. With a finance and investment cell in the college, students will now get an opportunity to receive the much needed and barely provided financial education necessary to make sound financial decisions and ultimately lead a financially secure life.

Objective

We believe that financial knowledge is the key to financial empowerment. Whether you're planning for your future, managing your investments, or simply looking to expand your financial horizons. We strive to make students financially literate by providing well-researched, factual information on finance and investment through social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn and conducting multiple webinars, seminars, competitions and events.

Secession 2022-23
  1. On 22nd of October 2022, a webinar was conducted on “How blockchain is revolutionising the finance industry”.
  2. On 21st of January 2023, a webinar was conducted on "Lucrative career options in finance".
  3. "Vitt - Verse Conclave" - Annual Event was conducted from 6th February 2023 to 8th February 2023.

Secession 2022-23
1. Project Khata

The project was initiated in 2023-24. Under this project the team Vitt ‘N’ Nivesh aims to educate students about the basic and advanced banking details by conducting interactive seminars and Workshops.

2. Project Investify

The project started by Vitt ‘N’ Nivesh in October, 2023. Under this project the team aims to upskill students of all background investment and stocks. It not only educates and guids but also provides an interactive platform for students to learn about investment by doing it on an imaginary stock exchange.

  1. On 20 October 2023 ‘Investment in Equities’, the guest speaker of the event was Dr. Shunil Tripathi.
  2. On 28 November 2023 ‘Financial Freedom For Women Empowerment’, the guest speaker was Prof. R.P. Tulsian.
3. WalletWords

This initiative was launched in October 2023. It is an initiative to help the students understand the complex financial words in easy language.

4. Project Vyapar

The project was launched in October 2023 by Vitt ‘N’ Nivesh. Under this project the team aims to provide a platform for students to earn some extra income by selling their old belongings

(A) On 9th and 10th October 2023 ‘BOOKOLX’ where students could sell, purchase and exchange their old books. The event accounted the profit of Rs.7000
