The Department of Psychology of Bharati College strongly believes in and upholds values of compassion, support, and acceptance. The Psychology Department has, throughout its existence in the College, made it its utmost priority to enrich students and teachers with experiences that build them as individuals.
To establish this department as an advanced centre for Psychology.
To develop a fully equipped Psychology Lab with advanced tools and instruments.
To start personality development courses for skill refinement for students.
To work extensively on rural psycho-social problems and design programmes for the upliftment of marginalized and deprived communities.
To empower students psychologically and socially by teaching them how to use psychological knowledge in order to serve society as well as humanity.
Departmental research project on significant social-critical issues/topics involving students-teachers.
