Keeping in view the practices followed across University of Delhi Colleges, Bharati College has begun planning a range of academic and capacity building activities related to Indian Knowledge Systems. These initiatives are being designed in a phased and sustainable manner so that they complement the existing academic structure of the College.
The College proposes to organise expert lectures, seminars, and workshops that introduce students and faculty to different dimensions of Indian knowledge traditions. Faculty Development Programmes are also being considered to support teachers who wish to incorporate India-centric perspectives into their courses.
In addition, the College intends to promote student engagement through guided projects, internships, and field-based learning opportunities wherever feasible. Efforts are also being made to strengthen Rajbhasha related activities in line with University of Delhi practices, including the use of Hindi in academic communication and documentation.
