Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social impact through education, environmental sustainability, mental health awareness, gender equality, and community development. Our mission is to empower youth and underserved communities through education, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. We strive to create responsible changemakers who identify community challenges, develop innovative solutions, and contribute towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). CDF's core philosophy is built on the 3C Model: Collect Dreams- Understand the needs and aspirations of communities. Create Solutions – Design innovative and sustainable solutions.
