NEP Saarthi is a national student ambassador programme launched by the University Grants Commission (UGC) as part of the Ministry of Education's initiative to implement the National Education Policy 2020 across Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) in India. At Bharati College, the programme is coordinated by dedicated faculty and student ambassadors. The programme empowers students to serve as change-makers — spreading awareness about NEP 2020 reforms, helping peers navigate the new curriculum framework, collecting student feedback, and organising academic events that bridge policy with practice.

To empower every student at Bharati College as an informed, engaged, and proactive participant in the transformative journey of NEP 2020 — building an education system that is equitable, holistic, flexible, and rooted in India's rich intellectual tradition.

To bridge the gap between NEP 2020 policy and student experience by creating a vibrant ambassador network that informs, motivates, and advocates for academic excellence and institutional reform.

• Spread awareness about NEP 2020 and UGCF 2022 among students, faculty, and stakeholders. • Encourage active participation in implementing NEP initiatives on campus. • Establish a structured feedback mechanism to channel student voices to UGC. • Organise events, workshops, debates, and campaigns to bring policy to life. • Foster a culture of research, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning. • Serve as a bridge between students and academic administration
